• Performance — sub-second page loads on the highest-traffic clinical screens.
• Reliability — a LOINC lab normalization pipeline I built end-to-end, plus real-time WebSocket events for the Smart Summary product.
• New capabilities — MCP test infrastructure with PII scrubbing, a new EMR client integration, and the Auth0 multi-tenancy architecture I'm currently leading.

I had the pleasure of working with Gautham at Nephrolytics, where he consistently stood out as an exceptional Golang and Python engineer. He has a rare ability to take on complex, ambiguous problems and turn them into clean, reliable solutions.

Gautham made important contributions to our MCP infrastructure, including improving authentication and schema handling for the MCP server and building automated testing using ngrok as part of our test suite.
